Maria – Isto Nem É Uma Beattape Vol​.​2 – LP

“Isto Nem É Uma Beattape vol.2” is Maria’s first full-length. Continuing the concept of the first volume, an EP released in 2016, this second edition appears as the consolidation of the union between hip hop and electronics. A journey between downtempo beats, based on samples and references from the 90’s, to more energetic themes, aimed at the dance floor, although with a strong nostalgic vibe.

If previous works (such as the predecessor “Cor e Forma”, from 2018) presented a stronger and heavier emotional charge in their songs, the new album appears as a contemplative celebration. A musical exercise about the beauty of small everyday things, happiness and the places of our best memories, with dance music as the best catharsis.
