Janet Beat – Pioneering Knob Twiddler – LP

You may well not have heard of Janet Beat, but she has been making music since the early 1960s. Starting with Concrete principles and moving into the electro-acoustic world, her music is unique, beautiful and odd. Having fiercely fought against the establishment and her parents (“women do not make music”) it really is a privilege to finally get Janet’s music out and heard.
